There are two special collections in the archives. The first is financial records. Primarily this includes U.S. IRS filings of higher education non-profit corporations. The volume is increasing though most frequently only selected data elements for
several years are used.
Financial records of for-profit corporations servicing higher education will be added later rather than increase volume in the General Archives. There are some
currently in the General Archives used as references that will be moved. When there is a series revised documents, such as regulations, only the latest version is
included and previous versions are moved to SUPRSDED. The new version filed
with the new date and file name. Sometimes the earlier version
