Merger,” Jim Farmer suggests the merger of Datatel and SunGard will
likely increase prices for software and annual maintenance and updates.
He concludes: “Perhaps the most reasonable advice … would be [to]
register for Kuali Days to see if there is a strategic alternative if
needed.”
